Rex Venator, began teaching classes as an advancing martial artist in the late 70s. Rex continued to teach, in the 80s and 90s, while gaining his own training and experience in military and civilian law enforcement. In the mid-90s, Rex began “Street Training” new bounty hunters and has been doing so ever since. By 2006, Rex had become a published author, instructional DVD producer, and was on his way to become a nationally recognized bail convention guest speaker. In 2007, while also speaking at the PBUS and later Bail USA Conventions, Rex conceptualized, wrote the curriculum, gained California Department of Insurance Approval for a new Brand of revolutionary bail education, and ultimately founded the hugely successful California bail education school, Bailspeak. By early 2010, Rex had appeared on British news, a reality TV show aired in French speaking countries, and his Internet videos have been viewed nearly 150,000 times. The next natural progression for Rex was to respond to the thousands of telephone calls since 2008 by people from all over America who were requesting online Bailspeak courses. | California Bail Education Bail Education Classes Held From Sacramento to Oceanside and Everywhere In-Between. |

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: Is Bailspeak "Approved" for 12-Hour Bail Agent Pre-Licensing by the California Department of Insurance? A: Yes. Bailspeak is an "Approved" Bail Education Provider with DOI "Approved" courses that are primarily instructed by a veteran Bail Bond Company owner; moreover, any person wishing to secure bail agent pre-licensing for the purpose of learning how to become a licensed bail agent should conduct due diligence to be sure that so-called instructors purporting or otherwise portraying themselves to be licensed bail agents are either bail agents in good standing or, at the very least, had been licensed bail agents and, at some point, those instructing should have experience actually running a bail bond company; indeed, it does not stand to reason to learn how to become a bondsman from someone who has never actually run a bail bond company. Bailspeak Classes are Totally Unique in That: CAUTION!!! Please Watch the Video to Your Right of the Screen and Read the Below FAQ Before Bounty Hunting with No Bail Education Training. Below you will find questions that are for prospective bounty hunters. If you are thinking of becoming a bounty hunter and don't know the answers without doing research or asking someone then, perhaps, it would be worthwhile to seek training that is designed to keep you out of Civil Court, Criminal Court, and the Morgue. Q: Bail Agent Prelicensing is no longer required to lawfully bounty hunt in California. Why should I attend Bailspeak’s prelicensing course? A: Bailspeak holds the only California Department of Insurance Approved prelicensing course with blocs of instruction on lawful bounty hunting with an emphasis on keeping you and your bail bond client out of criminal court, civil court and the morgue; moreover, PC 1299 may be reinstated by January 1, 2013. Bailspeak staff is informed and believes, since so many people have attended Bailspeak's bail agent Prelicensing and Continuing Bail Education classes and know what Bailspeak is about, a growing number of bail bonds company owners won't even talk to a new bounty hunter who does not have a certificate from Bailspeak. TAKE THE BOUNTY HUNTER QUIZ BELOW BY... ASKING YOURSELF TEN BOUNTY HUNTING 101 QUESTIONS, and, if you don’t immediately know the answers without first researching the subject matter or by asking a Bailspeak Alumnus or Alumnae, liability for you and your bail agent client and his or her surety, provided that you can successfully negotiate an interview without a working knowledge of bail and bail bond forfeitures, may rise exponentially.
If you cannot immediately answer the above basic bounty hunting questions, it is conceivable that you may not be able to win a bounty hunting contract from a veteran bail agent; moreover,
The above subjects are in fact covered, in great detail, at Bailspeak’s prelicensing class, and you will not find this kind of State-of-the-Art instruction on lawful bounty hunting in California anywhere else. Once again, more and more California bail agents will not consider a bounty hunter who does not have a Prelicensing Certificate from Bailspeak. Q: How do I get started or how do I become a bounty hunter? A: "How to get started in bounty hunting, or bail enforcement, is the most oft asked question that I receive via telephone, cellular phone, email and in person. A single answer to the question does not exist, in my opinion, and, in point of fact, there is no simple way to convey the incalculable number of questions and answers necessary to negotiate the multitude of sub topics on the subject. The laws that govern bounty hunting may or may not intertwine to form a labyrinth of study to be followed by studying published case cites and then discovering how it all applies to the streets. It would be inescapably necessary to discuss the importance of physical fitness, one’s psychological ability to negotiate confrontation safely and legally, training, certification, licensing, investigations, sales, marketing, understanding the bail bond company owner’s goals, objectives and the many ways deals can go bad. One can rest assured; it could easily take years learning and becoming accomplished in just one of the aforementioned disciplines!"
